Day 1 (12/12/13)

First day starting the insanity workout programme as feeling pretty unmotivated over the last few days and day1 is a relatively easy workout to begin with (fit test of eight different activities trying to complete as many as you can in 1 minute) so hopefully kick start myself.

Breakfast: Oats, Banana, Blueberries
Lunch: x2 eggs, x2 Vogels Toast, Avocado, Tomato
Snack: Nut mix (Sunflower seeds, Almonds, Walnuts, Raisins)
Dinner: x2 Burrito wrap, Beans, Spinach, Carrot
